The First Pinoy Sole Survivor and his Diet Plan

After winning Survivor Philippines, JC Tiuseco was interviewed by Yahoo News! Philippines and the coolest part of the interview was his diet routine to gain weight.

JC follows the basic routine of three square meals a day with snacks in between but without rice.

Breakfast

bread, hotdog, egg and for drinks, plain water

Lunch

beef

Supper

more beef...

Snacks

pizza

Fruit

banana

Seems an OK diet plan that I can follow. But pizza is so expensive for snacks, can I just go for Banana-Q?
