So, what's a paranoid personality disorder? A paranoid personality disorder is "characterized by a distrust of others and a constant suspicion that people around you have sinister motives." Anyone can have this disorder and once the situation seems severe, you may need to seek professional help.
What's a great dilemma is, people with this personality disorder don't want help because they think they are completely ok and relentlessly suspicious of medical treatment. They really believe in the saying "Trust No One Except Yourself."
